Actress Natalie Portman was an Israeli born American actress. She was born in Jerusalem on 9th June 1981 to the Jewish parents with the roots in Poland, Russia and Australia. Natalie Portman adopted her parental grandmother’s maiden name, Portman, as her stage name. She had attended to Harvard University for graduating with a bachelor’s degree in the psychology.
Natalie Portman actress was an only child of her parents. Her parents are Shelley (mother) & Avner Hershlag (father). Her mother is a Homemaker and father is an Israeli-born gynecologist.

Natalie Portman had begun her acting career at the age of twelve. She acted in hitman in the action film Leon Professional in the year 1994. Natalie Portman had gained the international recognition for starring as Padme Amidala in “Star Wars: Episode 1 was the Phantom Menace” in the year 1999 it was from 1999 to 2003.
